Snap-on PS134PROを設置したとお話しさせていただいたら
ぜひ、施工をとの事でご依頼頂きました。

八王子からのご来店ありがとうございます。

フラッシング５回の真空引き１５分
バックリターン洗浄施工致します。

外気温20℃で施工前の吹き出し口温度は10.1℃です、
この温度でもしっかりと冷えています。
さらに冷えるかフラッシング開始です。

Snap-on PS134とお車を接続します、
現在のエアコン内にあるガスをすべて回収します。

回収結果は390ｇ回収出来ました、このお車の規定量は750ｇ
360ｇ不足しています、カーエアコンガスは年数や振動などで
機密性が落ちて減ります。

ガスを回収したらフラッシングの開始です、今回は5回の
バックリターン洗浄を施工します。

1回目のフラッシングが終わりエアコンオイルがパージ
されています、これを5回繰り返します。

そして5回目のフラッシングです、大量の液体になったガス
がエアコン内に入っているのがわかります。

5回目のオイルパージも終わりました、このエアコンの
オイル量は125mlですので減っているのがわかります。
真ん中のボトルが抜けたオイルです、左が新油です、
オイルも劣化しているのがわかります。

新油を規定量入れます。
ボタン一つで簡単に注入できます。

フラッシング終了後、真空引きをして1分間の
ガス漏れチェック後に問題がなければ規定量（750ｇ）の
クリーニングされたエアコンガスを充填します。

充填完了後、エアコンをかけ5分のアイドリングをして
吹き出し口の温度を測ります。

結果は6.8℃、3.3℃温度は下がりました、温度が下がっただけ
では無くコンプレッサーオイルもキレイになり燃費の向上や
静音性なども向上すると思います。
